Corewell Health, a large fully integrated healthcare system in Michigan, is seeking Certified Nurse Midwives to join our team in a number of exciting opportunities in Grand Rapids! We are growing in the following areas:

• Certified Nurse Midwife needed at Butterworth Hospital’s OB Triage Unit/Core Faculty Team. This is a full‑time position at .9 FTE, 36 hours per week. Our 11‑bed triage unit provides excellent basic and emergent obstetric care to patients > 20 weeks within one of the busiest obstetric units in the country. Our APP run unit allows independent assessment and treatment with a safety net of inpatient physicians nearby.
  
  Additionally, CNM's will work on our L&D unit as Core Faculty to our large OBGYN Residency Program. Candidate must have 2 years' experience in Women’s Health in an advanced practice provider role, in a similar inpatient, high acuity environment. We are not able to consider applicants who do not meet these qualifications. Shift work, no call Independent practice supported by excellent hospitalist physicians
• Certified Nurse Midwife needed with our outpatient OB/GYN Residency Practice team. You will provide prenatal care in individual office visits and in group centering sessions to a complex patient population in downtown Grand Rapids. This is a part‑time .6 FTE position where you will be scheduled three eight‑hour shifts per week. Qualified applicants must have 2 years of experience in Women's Health in a CNM provider role.

  Supportive team with three physicians and two other advanced practice providers. No nights, weekends, or on‑call expectations.
• Certified Nurse Midwife needed in a full‑time, FTE full‑scope role. Our midwives see a very diverse and dynamic patient population, drawing from Grand Rapids and the surrounding counties! Working out of our 68th Street office, you will see patients in office and will participate in the midwifery practice's call schedule for deliveries at Butterworth Hospital, the state's busiest delivering hospital! You will be required to work 12‑hour shifts per week in‑house while on‑call.
  
  Enjoy doing procedures in‑office such as Colposcopy, IUD insertion/removal, LEEP, Endometrial biopsy, and Nexplanon. Qualified candidate must have at least one year of experience in Women’s Health in a CNM role, in a similar inpatient, high acuity environment. We are not able to consider applicants who do not meet these qualifications. Candidates must be trained to perform circumcisions or be willing to be trained.

Located on the “medical mile”, Corewell Health Butterworth Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center, has a full complement of adult medical and surgical subspecialists. Approximately 8,000 babies are born here each year! 24‑hour anesthesia coverage is available on L&D and we have a full‑service Level IV NICU. Corewell Health Helen DeVos Children's Hospital is connected to and part of the Butterworth Campus and offers a full array of pediatric subspecialists, including world renown pediatric cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery programs!

Grand Rapids, Michigan, the second largest city in the state, is an urban community based in West Michigan, only 35 minutes from the shores of Lake Michigan! Grand Rapids boasts top rated public and private schools and is home to several professional sports teams. There are several colleges and universities in the area.
