Hospice Administrator - Registered Nurse

• Current Michigan RN license
• Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership, with direct hospice experience and CHAP regulatory knowledge
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong, motivating leadership style and outstanding interpersonal abilities
• Willingness to share in on-call rotation and assist clinically (admissions, crisis visits, deaths)

• Oversee all clinical and operational aspects of the hospice program
• Drive quality, compliance, and patient-centered outcomes
• Mentor a multidisciplinary team while fostering collaboration and accountability
