• Guide and mentor a dedicated team of nurses and caregivers
• Ensure high-quality clinical care and regulatory compliance
• Partner closely with the Director of Nursing to enhance resident outcomes
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Foster a positive, collaborative, resident‑centered environment

• A licensed nurse (RN or LPN, depending on state requirements) with leadership experience
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
• A proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
• A supportive leader who motivates and develops their team
• Someone who values communication, compassion, and accountability

Prior nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility strongly Preferred

Prior experience with Point Click Care  a plus
