You will earn: $21.40 per hour starting wages! PLUS up to $4,000 Sign on Bonus!!

• Starting wage $18.00 per hour

Scheduling

• 12‑hr shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Available full‑time or part‑time

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors.
• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans: bathing, skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine morning and evening mouth care, shaving, dressing.
• Record nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, ROM, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging and promoting well‑being.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition as appropriate to the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Must have caregiving experience.
• Completed an approved Nursing Assistant training program with current CNA certification from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player, dedicated to supporting teammates and getting the job done.
