* LPN wage starts at $35 + $5/hour contingent bonus + $3.40/hour Michigan Wage Pass Through for hours worked in SNF

* RN wage starts at $40 + $5/hour contingent bonus + $3.40/hour Michigan Wage Pass Through for hours worked in SNF

• Active nursing license (LPN or RN) in good standing with the State of Michigan
• Basic computer skills
• Job duties will require frequent standing, walking, and lifting
