We provide specialized care in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative, infections, neurology, dermatology. Empower to assess and implement care with technology and interdisciplinary teamwork.
Compensation and Benefits- $32.15 - $34.15 per hour based on experience
- Yearly wage increases
- Hero / Hazard pay $3.40 per hour

- Administer medications and advise on plans
- Provide preventative and supportive care for physical and psychosocial well‑being
- Oversee CNA team with direction, training, evaluations
- Current LPN license in Michigan and CPR‑BLS certification
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong analytical skills for personalized care plans
- Excellent customer service skills and commitment to passion and innovation
- Team player dedicated to supporting team members
