• Must hold a current license to practice as a CNA/STNA

• Provide resident care according to approved care plans

• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care

• Practice infection control procedures

• Comply with all documentation and record-keeping policies, including vitals

• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately

• Completed CNA/STNA Course and current State License

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Service mentality and a thirst for learning

• Positive, can-do attitude

• Excellent attendance
