Were seeking a passionate and driven full-time CRNA to cover 24-hour shifts with our Anesthesia Services team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Opportunity Details
- Position Type: Full-Time Salaried Position
- Schedule: 76 shifts annually, including weekends and holidays.
- Cases: Team covers a large mix of general and complex cases, including kidney transplants, thoracic, ortho (including trauma), bariatrics, podiatry, GYN, neuro, ETCs, MRI/CT, heart and vascular, OB, and regional blocks.
- Location: Grand Rapids, MI
- Specialty: CRNA
- Hospital Info: Level 2 trauma center; 16 operating rooms, 4 endoscopy suites, 2 OB operating rooms, and 5 NORA sites.
- Call Requirements: In-house for full shift duration

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years CRNA Licensure Required
- APPs: Board certified in specialty prior to employment
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
