This is a dynamic, key member of the Care Resources team, where you’ll enjoy variety in your day — ensuring the infection control program and clinical training needs of the team members remain at the highest standards, while making a meaningful impact for our participants. You will enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with no weekend commitment for a great work-life balance.

• Develop and oversee clinical departments orientation programs and annual competency processes in collaboration with the clinic and home care supervisors
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement process improvement initiatives
• Develop opportunities for staff to develop and enhance their skills and competencies
• Maintain a continuous educational program, based on the assessed needs for the organization

• Degree/diploma in nursing and current state of Michigan Registered Nurse license required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience or supervisory experience is required
• Experience in clinical instruction/education is preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in Infection Control preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred
