This position will service the Comstock Park and Belmont areas for Home Care.

Our Visiting Nurses Association is our Home Care Skilled Nursing Team for West-Central areas of Michigan. We are accepting applications from experienced RN's, LPN's, and New Grads! For experienced RN's this is an autonomous position that uses critical thinking and nursing skills. Working in home health enables you to treat the patient in the comfort of their home, where patients thrive and own their health care.

We create personalized assignments close to home that enable nurses to visit between 5-7 patients per shift. From Ludington to Baldwin, to Nunica and south through Kent County, Ottawa County and as far south as Gun Lake, our Corewell Health West Visiting Nurses Team provides outstanding patient care.

Under the direct supervision of the Nursing Manager, and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, the RN uses clinical judgment to access and implement the treatment plan for patients. The RN assesses, monitors, detects, plans and takes appropriate action to prevent physiological complications associated with specific health problems and/or medical treatment.

• Associates in Nursing
• Bachelors in Nursing within 5 years
• MI Registered Nurse (RN)
• MI Driver's License
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days
