We’re looking for caring, skilled, and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) who share our passion for helping others live their best lives. Whether you’re an experienced nurse or a recent graduate, there’s a place for you here!
Shift & Pay- Shifts Available: 12‑hour shifts with flexible scheduling options (Day Shift – Full/Part‑time, Night Shift – Full/Part‑time)
- Base rate: $40.00 per hour (does not include shift differential or hazard pay)
- Pay based on experience and education level
- Deliver high‑quality, compassionate nursing care in alignment with our mission and core values
- Lead and support CNAs in their daily resident care duties
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for residents
- Promote resident independence, dignity, and well‑being
- Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents and families
- Maintain compliance with all infection control, safety, and documentation standards
- Stay current with ongoing education, training, and best practices
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
- COVID‑19 and Flu vaccination (or approved exemption)
- Strong computer and documentation skills
- Experience in long‑term care or infection control preferred – but new graduates are welcome
- $7,500 Sign‑On Bonus for Full‑Time RNs
