• Independent anesthesia care for general surgical and endoscopy procedures
• Schedule:
  
  Day Shifts 7a-6p M-F
• No Call Requirements
• Practice Setting:
  Operating Room (OR) and Endoscopy (Endo) for Hospital
• Trauma Level/Designation:
  Level 4
• Average Number of Cases Per Day: 15
• Annual ER Volume: 16,000
• Description of OR Staff:
  Rooms staffed per procedure with Registered Nurses (RNs) and techs
• Number of Operating Rooms: 2 Operating Rooms with 1 Endoscopy Room
• Patient Age Demographic:
  Pediatric to Geriatric
• Require Procedures:
  General Surgical Cases (Adult & Ped), Minor Nerve Blocks, Regional, Plexus, spinal, Epidural, Vent Management, Local Infiltration
• CRNA Supervision/Independence:
  Independent work with remote supervision by Anesthesiologist
• Requirements: BC AANA, Active MI License, BLS, ACLS, No Malpractice.
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
