Position OverviewThe Concierge Nurse Practitioner at Health Bar will primarily support Health Bar customer's occupational health needs such as workplace injury assessments, drug testing, DOT physicals, pre-employment exams, etc. Additionally, the Concierge Nurse Practitioner will support occupational health needs within Healthcare Partnership Program as needed as well as support open shifts.
Schedule & Compensation- Role:
Concierge Nurse Practitioner - FTE: 0.8 (potential to increase to 1.0). Approx, 32hr/week.
- Availability:
Monday - Friday, variable hours including mornings/evenings, roughly 7a-6pm. Need to be available for in the moment occupational health needs.

This is an as needed position. Exact times cannot be guaranteed. - Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing (from an accredited program)
- Active, unrestricted Michigan RN license
- Active, unrestricted FNP certification (AANP or ANCC)
- Active Michigan NP Specialty Certification
- 2+ years of nursing experience (med-surg, ER, ICU, acute care, public health, school nursing, or outpatient preferred)
- BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) within 90 days of hire
- Travel required (Will follow Health Bar mileage reimbursement policy)
- DOT certified preferred
- Occupational Health experience preferred
- FNP preferred
The pay range for this role is: 80,000 - 90,000 USD per year (Grand Rapids, MI)
