Overview
Corewell Health is offering a sign on incentive of up to $10,000 for full time opportunities or $7,500 for part time opportunities. Multiple full time (36 hours per week) positions are available that require working every third weekend: 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Multiple part time (24 hours per week) positions are available that require working every third weekend: 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Full time (36 hours per week) positions are available that require working every weekend: 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
Weekend Option Program:
- Weekend RNs/LPNs will be required to work 48 out of 52 weekends per calendar year.
- Weekends are defined as Saturday and Sunday for day shift and Friday and Saturday night for night shift.
- RNs/LPNs can request up to 48 hours of PTO on their weekend shifts as well as 48 hours of exchanging a weekend shift for a weekday shift, for a total of 96 hours off of the weekend requirement. This would be given in accordance with unit guidelines with allotted PTO as well as peak times, etc.
- RNs/LPNs may request 1 holiday off per calendar year that falls on the weekend. The RN/LPN would only work the holiday if it fell on the weekend; they will not be moved off a weekend to work on a holiday.
- RN’s receive an additional $10/hour plus base pay
- LPN’s receive an additional $8/hour plus base pay

Each resident room is equipped with modern furnishings, new technology, a personal living space with a window to the outdoors, a private restroom with a shower, and amenities to support well-being.
The environment is designed to be welcoming and comfortable for residents. It features four internal courtyards, including one for team members, a community dining room, an onsite art room, and a dialysis den.
Registered Nurse (RN) — Delivers nursing care responsibly and accountably as described by the American Nurses Association (ANA) and the State of Michigan. Demonstrates competency through the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, evaluation). Upholds the ANA standards of professional performance including ethical practice, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice, quality of practice, professional practice evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health.
Strives to achieve optimal outcomes.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — Under the direction of the RN or mid-level provider and in collaboration with the health care team, contributes to assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Informs patients and families about treatments and medications, equipment, and related activities in coordination with the RN or provider. Documents care provided via computer or written patient record in a manner consistent with guidelines.
