RN Staffing Resource | Float | Part Time, 1st shift
Holland Home has a long‑standing, well‑earned reputation for providing high quality care. We are seeking to add an RN/LPN to our Staffing Resources team of nursing professionals who fill in the staffing needs on our two campuses in Grand Rapids plus our beautiful Faith Hospice residence called Trillium Woods. This position commits to cover open shifts averaging 24 hours per week.

• Diverse work environment: floating between units and facilities as needed
• Manageable workloads with excellent nurse‑to‑patient ratios
• Staff are only required to travel within the Holland Home System
• Eligible for all sponsored benefits, including 403(b) when maintaining 32+ hours
• Require reliable transportation to accommodate floating between locations

• Currently accepting applications for 1st shift (6:30 am–3 pm)
• Commit to cover open shifts averaging 24 hours per week
• Select the days you want to work each week
• Flexibility with your schedule
• A small weekend commitment of two weekend shifts per month
• Choose a holiday rotation; only two holidays required per year (July 4th & Thanksgiving; Memorial Day & Christmas; Labor Day & New Years)
