Weekend Warrior Nurse RN or LPN - Grand Rapids

Job Type: Full‑time, 12‑hour shifts (Day & Night).

- Deliver individualized nursing care based on residents’ personal care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Assess residents, update care plans, and respond to health changes.
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to support resident health and wellness.
- Supervise and mentor LPNs/CNAs (RNs supervise LPNs/CNAs; LPNs supervise CNAs).
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinical regulations.
- Current RN or LPN license in the State of Michigan.
- CPR certification.
- Strong clinical skills and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Prior experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing (preferred).
- Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) a plus.
- Compassion, teamwork, and a deep commitment to resident dignity and safety.
