$4,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full Time)
LPN Pay: $33.40 – $40.40/hour
Shift differentials + $3.40 MI Direct Care Worker Wage included in pay
1st Shift: Full Time & Part Time
2nd Shift: Full Time & Part Time
8-Hour Shifts | 60-Bed Facility

What You’ll DoDeliver direct resident care and follow individualized care plans
Administer medications and perform treatments as required
Support, supervise, and guide nursing assistants
Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
Promote resident dignity, safety, and well-being
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Ability to administer medications and IV certification
Knowledge of state rules and regulations
Strong attendance, teamwork, and communication skills
A passion for improving the lives of residents
