Compensation & Schedule

• $4,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full Time)

• LPN Pay: $33.40 – $40.40/hour

  Shift differentials + $3.40 MI Direct Care Worker Wage included in pay

• 1st Shift: Full Time & Part Time

• 2nd Shift: Full Time & Part Time

• 8-Hour Shifts | 60-Bed Facility

• Deliver direct resident care and follow individualized care plans

• Administer medications and perform treatments as required

• Support, supervise, and guide nursing assistants

• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards

• Promote resident dignity, safety, and well-being

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Ability to administer medications and IV certification

• Knowledge of state rules and regulations

• Strong attendance, teamwork, and communication skills
