• $4,000 Sign‑On Bonus (Full Time)
• Up to $40.40 / hour
• 1st Shift: Part Time
• 2nd Shift: Full Time & Part Time
• 3rd Shift: Part Time
• 8‑Hour Shifts | 60‑Bed Facility

• Deliver direct resident care and follow individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments as required
• Support, supervise, and guide nursing assistants
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
• Promote resident dignity, safety, and well‑being

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Ability to administer medications and IV certification
• Knowledge of state rules and regulations
• Strong attendance, teamwork, and communication skills
• A passion for improving the lives of residents
