A nonprofit family support organization in Grand Rapids, Michigan is seeking a Case Manager for their Unaccompanied Children program. In this role, you will facilitate reunification processes, conduct home studies, and provide culturally sensitive case management to children and families. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and prior case management experience. Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are preferred, as well as those with experience in working with minority communities.
