Amtivo Group is expanding its presence in the US, and we’re looking for an experienced, hands‑on Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing function across the Americas. This is a rare opportunity to shape a growing market, influence global strategy, and play a pivotal role in accelerating our commercial success.
About the RoleAs the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing activity that supports our US commercial goals. This is a broad, generalist role spanning email marketing, content creation, events, social media, and webinars. You’ll act as the key link between our US teams and the Group Marketing function—localizing global strategies for the US market while ensuring local insights inform global campaigns.
You’ll work closely with Sales and Product teams to align messaging, campaigns, and customer journeys, while laying the foundations for a scalable, high‑performing marketing function in the US.
What You’ll Do Marketing Planning & Execution- Build and deliver integrated marketing plans across multiple channels.
- Run campaigns across email, content, social media, events, and webinars tailored to the US market.
- Adapt Group‑developed content to meet US regulatory and customer expectations.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, driving continuous improvement.
- Support Group‑level initiatives such as paid media, SEO, and website development.
- Partner with Sales to support new business, cross‑sell initiatives, and partner ecosystem growth.
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials including one‑pagers, case studies, and email templates.
- Support sales‑led events and sponsor ships.
- Act as the primary liaison between US and Group Marketing teams.
- Share market trends, performance insights, and campaign feedback.
- Ensure US customer needs and commercial opportunities are reflected in marketing activity.
- Ensure all marketing activity aligns with Amtivo’s brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Support brand‑building initiatives to raise Amtivo’s profile in the US market.
- Use Hub Spot as the primary CRM and marketing automation platform.
- Leverage GA4, Word Press, Linked In, Canva, and other tools to execute and optimize campaigns.
- Maintain accurate documentation to support reporting and budget management.
- Contribute to the long‑term development of the US marketing function.
- Meeting lead generation targets across multiple channels.
- Increasing brand awareness, engagement, and market influence in the US.
- Delivering compliant, high‑quality marketing aligned with Group standards.
- Building strong foundations for a scalable, high‑performing US marketing team.
- Experience in marketing, ideally in B2B environments.
- Experience working within a regulated environment.
- Experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to deliver multi‑channel campaigns in regulated or compliance‑driven sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of Hub Spot and Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with GA4, Word Press, Linked In, and Canva.
- Experience working in matrixed or global organizations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across teams and geographies.
- Commercially aware with a strategic approach to marketing.
- Adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance marketing and business activities.
- Personable, confident, and able to build strong relationships both in‑person and remotely.
- Willingness to travel regularly for team meetings, trade events, and training, both nationally and internationally.
