. In this leadership role, you will oversee internal team members and external consultants while building and optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies across social media, paid ads, email, CRM, and content - each designed to support a high-performing membership lifecycle.

Marketing Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports company goals, program launches, and revenue targets.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and digital presence across all platforms.
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize marketing efforts based on analytics and insights.
- Implement and refine marketing systems, workflows, SOPs, and calendar planning.
Manage and lead a diverse marketing team including:
- Social Media & Content Specialist
- Social & You Tube Video Editor
- External Marketing Consultants
- Copywriter
Responsibilities include:
- Setting expectations, goals, timelines, and performance metrics
- Conducting check‑ins, reviews, and prioritization
- Ensuring collaboration and cohesive messaging across all channels
- Providing creative direction and strategic feedback
- Oversee content planning, social media strategy, and digital storytelling.
- Lead paid advertising and retargeting efforts across META and other channels.
- Monitor SEO performance and guide optimization efforts across website, blogs, and content.
- Manage promotions, and website optimization to increase conversion.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and campaign execution across platforms.
- Monitor key membership growth and retention metrics using Google Analytics, Sprout Social, CRM dashboards, and funnel performance tools.
- Translate data into clear insights that optimize each stage of the member lifecycle—from lead generation to conversion, onboarding, engagement, and renewal.
- Provide consistent reporting to leadership on performance trends, opportunities, campaign impact, and strategic recommendations that drive sustained membership growth.
- Own the development, initiation, growth, and ongoing management of the Ambassador Program, ensuring clear communication, performance tracking, and strategic growth.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and ambassadors to create authentic storytelling, referral opportunities, and community-driven campaigns that expand brand reach and drive high-quality membership enrollments.
- Manage add‑ons and tools including Many Chat, and other marketing extensions.
- Optimize CRM segmentation, automations, and email marketing workflows.
- Ensure high-performing funnels and customer journeys across web and email.
Marketing Experience
- 3+ years in digital marketing leadership, ideally within health, wellness, fitness, coaching, or membership-based brands.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-person teams and coordinating with external consultants or agencies.
- Strong background in social media, paid acquisition, content strategy, and membership/lifecycle marketing (lead generation, nurturing, conversion, and retention).
- Sprout Social - analytics, planning, scheduling oversight
- Google Analytics - performance reporting and insights
- Meta Ads Manager - campaign creation, optimization, and reporting
- SEO - keyword strategy, technical SEO basics, content optimization
- Excellent communication, delegation, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage diverse teams and foster collaboration and accountability.
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven, dynamic environment.
