You will lead strategy and execution for external communications, content creation, digital storytelling, and community engagement — ensuring every word we share reflects our empathy‑centric mission and resonates across diverse audiences. This role partners with executives and the external PR team to craft powerful narratives that expand awareness and trust.

- Guide and mentor content contributors and cross‑department partners.
- Collaborate closely with design, product, and marketing teams on integrated launches.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills — able to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
- Strong public speaking, presentation, and storytelling ability.
- Experience shaping communications for early‑stage tech or AI companies.
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated cross‑channel plans.
- Comfortable leading across functions and with external partners/PR teams.
- Strength in building consensus while driving ideas forward.
- Solid understanding of AI capabilities and ethical implications — able to speak confidently about technology in human terms.
- A communicator who values compassion and respect, especially when engaging audiences around sensitive life experiences (aging, caregiving, loneliness)
- Experience in eldercare, health tech, or caregiving spaces.
- Experience in a product-led growth (PLG) organization.
- A portfolio that reflects impactful, mission‑oriented storytelling.
