WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Our client is seeking a Sanitation Worker to join their team and play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety in their manufacturing facility. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on role and takes pride in keeping work spaces organized and compliant with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and Sanitize Equipment

• Clean and sanitize industrial production and packaging equipment.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery for thorough sanitation.

Follow Safety and Compliance Standards

• Follow strict food safety and sanitation guidelines (SQF standards).
• Handle cleaning chemicals properly and follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace.

Support Operational Efficiency

• Ensure all equipment is cleaned and ready for use before production starts.
• Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience and Skills:

• Industrial sanitation experience is required (Janitorial or housekeeping experience does NOT qualify).
• Previous food manufacturing sanitation experience is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a wet, cold, and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.

SCHEDULE AND PAY

• Pay: $17.50/hour
• Schedule: 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday, 10 PM - 6:30 AM (Friday morning)
• Expected Hours: 36 40 hours per week
