A leading bakery company in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is seeking a CI Manager to drive sustainable process improvements across the facility. The role involves facilitating Kaizen events, coaching employees, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should possess strong technical skills in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations is preferred.

Bakery experience is a plus.
