We are seeking a Skilled TIG Welder with experience welding Tool & Die components
. This role will involve both TIG welding and laser welding
. Prior laser welding experience is not required
, we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong TIG fundamentals and attention to detail are critical.

• Laser weld components (training provided)
• Select and identify proper materials, including weld wire and filler selection
• Prepare materials for welding (grinding, cleaning, fit-up)
• Read and work from complex blueprints
  , drawings, and written/verbal instructions
• Compute, verify, and document dimensions and tolerances
• Determine appropriate welding practices for each application
• Inspect and verify part quality
• Contribute to continuous improvement
  of shop processes
• Ability to think critically and “outside the box” when solving repair challenges
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to sit for extended periods daily
• Must pass vision screening
