• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and specifications
• Set up welding equipment using job requirements and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)
• Cut, fit, clamp, tack, weld, grind, and finish components to meet quality standards
• Weld in multiple positions including flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead
• Inspect finished work using precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality
• Troubleshoot issues, correct weld defects when permitted, and communicate concerns to the foreman
• Work closely with engineering, production, and other shop team members to meet project timelines and budgets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and ISO 9001 quality standards

• 3–5 years of welding/fabrication experience
• Strong experience with MIG and TIG welding (preferred)
• Hands-on experience working with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
• Ability to read blueprints and follow written work instructions
• Comfortable using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Willingness to learn new equipment and expand skills
• Reliable, team-oriented, and takes pride in quality workmanship
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Trade school or welding certification is a plus
