Machine Operator – 1st shift
Base pay range: $19.00/yr - $20.00/yr
Free Uniforms!
Medical, Dental, Vision – 30 days to the first of the month
Company paid STD, LTD, Life, AD&D after 90 days
401(k) – dollar for dollar match on the first 3%, then 50% match on the next 2%
7am to 3pm
Paid Lunch time
Occasional Scheduled Saturdays

- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing/production, strongly preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot
- Dependable, reliable, and self-motivated
- Solid math and analytic skills
- Holds safety in highest regard by making good safety decisions, following safety procedures, watching out for the safety of self and others, contributing to safety improvements, and participating in safety programs.
- Produce compound samples according to specifications by using production equipment, devices, and instruments (extruders, scales, feeders, classifiers, pelletizers, dies, visual display units, dials, and calibrators).
- Keeps machinery and mechanical equipment operational by performing preventative maintenance tasks on machine and equipment.
- The operator adds color mix to the feeder by using a tow motor/forklift to lift the color pot up to the platform and setting it in the proper slot.
