Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assembly & Small Engine Specialist at Weber MT North America, located in Grand Rapids, MI. The specialist will be responsible for mechanical assembly of equipment, operating hand and power tools, performing soldering tasks, conducting quality control checks, and ensuring the assembly process meets established standards. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining the quality of products and adhering to safety protocols in an assembly environment.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Mechanical Assembly, including assembling components with attention to precision and functionality
  • Experience with Hand Tools and Power Tools for accurate and safe component assembly
  • Knowledge of Soldering techniques with the ability to apply them effectively when required
  • Understanding and implementation of Quality Control processes to ensure adherence to high standards
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience with small engine repair or maintenance is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment as needed
