Shift: 4x10 | M-Th 3pm-1:45am
Job SummaryWe are looking for a combo role that is a Paint and Wash Associate. The Paint responsibilities will be paint preparation and application for specialty glass products using machines. The Wash responsibilities will focus on preparing glass parts for paint and fabrication by reading blueprints/specifications, measuring, and pulling inventory, and supporting production.
Responsibilities Paint Associate- Prepare paint for machine and hand sprayer use; formulate small batches to match master samples
- Layout masks for custom logos/designs
- Clean paint on glass edges/surfaces; change paper rolls and clean paint machine/components
- Read blueprints/specs to prepare glass for paint/fabrication
- Use measuring equipment to ensure production standards
- Pull inventory/imports and annealed parts for fabrication/paint
- Prepare parts for paint; inspect finished products; elevate quality concerns
- Manufacturing/production experience preferred
- Familiarity with measuring equipment, blueprint reading, paint application, or glass fabrication
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality (SGP/ASTM standards)
- Strong communication, respectfulness, positivity, and work ethic
- Proactive attitude toward safety and continuous improvement
