You don’t (necessarily) need Wire EDM experience—we’ll teach you.

What You’ll Do- 🔹 Operate and monitor our Wire EDM machines after comprehensive training.
- 🔹 Set up work pieces, fixtures, and reference points.
- 🔹 Load and adjust machining programs.
- 🔹 Inspect finished PCD tools using high‑precision measuring devices.
- 🔹 Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the workspace organized.
- 🔹 Collaborate closely with our CAD designers and experienced technicians.
- ✔️ Very strong technical understanding and willingness to learn new skills.
- ✔️ Careful, precise working style and strong attention to detail.
- ✔️ Ability to read technical drawings (or readiness to learn).
- ✔️ Reliability, teamwork, and a positive mindset.
- ✔️
CAD experience is a must. All programming is driven by CAD to CAM.
- 🔸 Full, hands‑on training in Wire EDM and PCD tooling.
