Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $32.00/hr

• Execute preventive maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and perform repairs that keep equipment running at peak capability.
• Author, revise, and optimize CNC programs to meet production specs and throughput targets.
• Run inspections and tests to verify compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Document maintenance activities thoroughly and maintain clear machine performance records.
• Collaborate with production to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Coach peers on programming and maintenance best practices to elevate team capability.
• Continuously research and adopt advances in CNC technology, tooling, and methods.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in CNC programming/maintenance preferred.
• Proven background in CNC programming and machine maintenance; heroin experience with aluminum castings and high-volume production is preferred.
• Proficiency with CNC tooling and programming languages (G‑code, M‑code).
• Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Sharp diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and strong teamwork/communication.
• Comfort working flexible hours as needed.
