About the OpportunityWe’re partnered with a high-growth, ISO-certified precision manufacturer supporting complex aerospace, medical, and advanced industrial programs. This role is ideal for a hands‑on Swiss Lathe expert who enjoys programming, troubleshooting, and making machines run better every day.
This is a do‑the‑work role — you’ll be deep in code, tooling, setups, and continuous improvement on the shop floor.
What You’ll Be Doing- Program and support Swiss‑style CNC lathes (Citizen, Star, Tsugami, or similar)
- Write and optimize programs using Esprit CAM (Mastercam experience also valued)
- Improve cycle times, tooling performance, and part quality
- Support setups, prove-outs, and first‑article inspections
- Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate closely with operators
- Train and support machinists on Swiss processes and best practices
- Work in a high‑mix / low‑volume precision environment
- 3+ years of hands‑on Swiss lathe programming experience
- Strong experience with Esprit CAM
- Solid understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and tight tolerances
- Background in aerospace, medical, or other precision manufacturing
- Comfortable working onsite and being hands‑on daily
- Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Work with state‑of‑the‑art Swiss equipment
