Die Setter; 3rd Shift

Base pay: $20.00/hr - $28.00/hr

This position is responsible for removal and installation of molds including setting up the mechanical and electrical equipment associated with tooling.

• Clean, remove and store molds properly.
• Submit tool repair orders as needed in the ERP system and fill out check sheets in ERP system.
• Install, clean and set‑up molds per schedule and set‑up work cell per instructions. Same as auxiliary equipment.
• Maintain tooling location and storage.
• Assist with material changes.
• Assist in preventative maintenance as required.
• Assist in loading and unloading molds or equipment as required.
• Assigned and related duties as directed by management.
• Follow all 5S requirements.
• Assist in problem solving and corrective actions for customer generated or initial corrective actions.
• Assure proper identification of all materials; includes manufactured product, hoppers, grinders and material containers.
