You are leading all aspects of our STINGER brand and roofing channel operations, including developing and implementing strategies to drive the market share growth of the STINGER brand.

Reporting to our President, this leadership position will be depended upon to drive the market share growth of our STINGER brand while also taking the lead of our roofing wholesale business strategies through key channel partners, including some of the finest names in our building material industry, including ABC, SRS, QXO, THD, Lowes, USLBM, BFS and more. As a member of the executive leadership team, you will partner with senior leaders across supply chain, marketing, sales, and the broader organization to drive alignment and results.

  • STINGER Brand Business Vision Strategy:
    Alignment with all channels (roofing, retail, LBM, STAFDA, ECOMM) including North America, Europe, and Australia.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive roofing/siding distributor sales strategies, setting revenue targets, and creating sales forecasts.
  • Team Leadership:
    Managing and motivating the STINGER sales teams, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure team success.
  • AI & Technology Integration:
    Leverage AI and advanced toolsets to enhance team performance, streamline workflows, and differentiate STINGER through innovative, data-driven capabilities.
  • Customer Performance Oversight:
    Overseeing all aspects of STINGER sales team including customer analysis strategies, forecasting and promotional activity.
  • Market Analysis:
    Conduct market and installer analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive pricing and new product activities, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Relationship Management:
    Building and maintaining strong relationships with key roofing and siding customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Utilize AI and Power BI to track, analyze, and interpret customer performance data, enabling informed decisions and clear strategic direction.
  • Budget Management:
    Developing and managing the STINGER brand and roofing wholesale budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
  • Collaborative Leadership:
    Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, supply chain, and operations to drive aligned strategies, strengthen execution, and cultivate a high-performing culture rooted in accountability, recognition, and development.

    Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage sales teams. Ability to turn vision and strategy into action.
  • Sales Expertise:
    In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices. Strong understanding of the business, products, systems, and people. Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with revenue, profit, and market share growth.

    Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

    Experience in relationship building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Ability to connect quickly with people, cultivate, and expand high-value relationships with key stakeholders in the roofing and siding distribution channels including Buyers, Product/Category Managers, VP or Senior VP’s.
  • Industry Knowledge:
