Smile, you found us! Looking for a career change in 2026? Come find out what makes Peak "THE PLACE" to work and live. Our apartment community, Ramblewood Apartments, is currently looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Leasing Manager to join our team at our beautiful 1100+ unit property.
ResponsibilitiesIdeal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must be able to build and maintain rapport with tenants and promote retention. Must have prior experience developing and implementing marketing plans to increase occupancy. Oversees, directs, and mentors leasing team to meet departmental goals. This position requires strong technical skills in budget preparation, reporting, leasing, and operations, attention to detail is essential!
The Leasing Manager practices Fair Housing Laws and monitors Leasing team to ensure compliance.
