What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure compliance
• Supervise and support branch team members
• Oversee wire approvals, vault cash, and statement reviews
• Guide customers and resolve service issues with professionalism
• Serve as backup to AVP, Deposit Banking on reporting and strategy
• Engage in community outreach and team development

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in a financial institution
• Supervisory or branch leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of deposit operations and traditional banking products
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High school diploma required; business coursework a plus
