Role: Senior Business Director

Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Director to lead and drive the growth of our business operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and financial management, with a proven track record of enhancing business performance. As a Business Director at OLIVER, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our company, identifying new business opportunities, optimising operational efficiency, and ensuring the long‑term sustainability of our brand.

• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, to ensure strong fiscal health and performance.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, and clients, to facilitate business growth.
• Provide leadership and guidance to department leads, fostering a productive and innovative work environment.
• Drive organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes and outcomes.

• Proven experience as a Business Director or senior leadership role in a similar industry, with a track record of successful business development and strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyse complex business data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience in building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
