Description

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking multiple Part-Time Evening Cleaners to work at facilities throughout the Grand Rapids area!

Pay: $17-18/hr with opportunities for advancement based on performance after 90 days.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Team Lead to oversee cleaning operations at assigned accounts. This role combines hands-on cleaning with leadership responsibilities, ensuring all work is completed to company standards before the end of each shift.

Responsibilities:

Perform 2-3.5 hours of hands-on cleaning each shift.

Spend 0.5-1.5 hour inspecting and correcting team members' work.

Distribute tasks and coverage among team members to ensure full building coverage.

Ensure all areas meet company quality standards before closing the account.

Verify that the facility is secure before leaving each shift.

Identify and resolve staffing or coverage issues independently when possible.

Escalate concerns to management only after attempting to problem-solve.

Review completed work and make corrections as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous cleaning or supervisory experience preferred (training provided).

Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a small team.

Dependable, punctual, and professional.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Must be able to perform physical duties such as standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.

Shifts:

Monday through Friday, 6:00PM start time, typical shift duration of 4.5-5 hours nightly

Ideal Candidates:

• Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, or similar fields
• Positive attitude and team-oriented
• Experience in retail, fast-food, or similar industries is a plus
