Base pay range
: $19.00/hr – $22.00/hr

Typical day starts with a quick maintenance meeting with your supervisor, reviewing goals/tasks for the day, followed by a quick property clean‑up. Work orders and/or turns will be assigned based on skillset. These may include light electrical, plumbing, paint, etc. Maintenance Technicians will be provided with all the tools necessary to complete their daily tasks.

• General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
• 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
• Displays a friendly and positive team‑first attitude
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Live within 20 miles of the property for on‑call rotation requirements (every 5–6 weeks)
• EPA Type II Certification preferred but not required
• Skilled laborer
• Pay range based on experience and certifications*

• On‑Call Bonus of $200 for every week of on‑call
