Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and resilience.
- Manage all procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and raw material acquisition.
- Oversee inventory management across the supply chain to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and support production schedules.
- Direct inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations for timely delivery and cost control.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and engineering teams to align supply chain operations with manufacturing plans and customer demand.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and procurement strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
- Proficiency with advanced supply chain planning and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).
- Experience managing international logistics, customs, and trade compliance.
