We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You'll assist in handling and winning multi-million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high-stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you'll work on forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

• Managing complex litigation
• Counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law risk
• Handling multi-million dollar disputes and representing in high‑stakes proceedings
• Forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators
• Ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad

• Strong academic and professional background
• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus
• Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills
• COVID‑19 vaccination required
• Relocation to Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed
