Job Description

We are currently looking for a Cybersecurity Intern to support our cybersecurity identity and access management initiatives. The successful candidate will assist in the deployment of security and access tooling, support reporting and measurement for authentication and access initiatives, and contribute to process and technical documentation. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and eager to learn, gaining hands‑on experience in cybersecurity and related technologies.

Duration
:
Up to 6 months.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with the deployment and support of endpoint security and access solutions under the guidance of cybersecurity engineers
  • Collaborate with team members to learn cybersecurity best practices, tools, and enterprise processes
  • Support reporting and measurement for authentication and access initiatives, including tracking adoption and enrollment metrics
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of process and technical documentation related to identity and access management activities
  • Participate in operational tasks to support ongoing cybersecurity initiatives
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of authentication concepts, including passwords, multifactor authentication (MFA), and passwordless authentication, and how authentication differs from authorization
  • Foundational knowledge of permissions and access control concepts, such as roles, groups, and least privilege access
  • Proficiency in the use of computers and business related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to review data and identify patterns or inconsistencies
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, team oriented environment
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly document processes and communicate technical information
