Key Responsibilities Configure environments and controls, and troubleshoot customer integrations with the platform Provide high-quality support by responding to inquiries, diagnosing issues, and generating corrective action plans Monitor production transaction volume and performance, and coordinate internal projects to enhance the support process
Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in technical support, production support, or IT support for B2B customers Experience in the card payments industry, with knowledge of Visa and Mastercard transaction flows Good understanding of API technologies and troubleshooting Intermediate SQL knowledge (MySQL or Postgres preferred) Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Shell
