Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workday Accounting Center Consultant in Grand Rapids, MI. We are seeking a Workday Finance Analyst with strong expertise in Workday Accounting Center to support configuration, automation, and enterprise financial initiatives. This role requires a solid financial background and the ability to understand and explain the why behind accounting processes, not just the system setup.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring Workday Accounting Center, working closely with Prism Analytics, and supporting large-scale automation efforts. A key focus of this role is helping drive the automation of 98% of revenue processes by year-end, as well as supporting the integration of enterprise data through Palantir within a broader enterprise framework.

Experience in:

• Workday Accounting Center configuration and optimization
• Prism Analytics support and reporting
• Revenue automation initiatives - automation experience
• Financial process understanding and analysis
• Alignment with enterprise architecture and frameworks
• Enterprise data integration - Exposure to data platforms or analytics tools (e.g., Palantir) is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
