Technical Business Analyst (Epicor Prophet 21 / P21) Grand Rapids, MI - 90-110k
Next Play Jobs is happy to be partnering with a well-established manufacturing company.
They’re adding a Technical Business Analyst to serve as the bridge between business teams and technology - designing, developing, and supporting solutions in Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) and modern analytics/reporting tools.
What you’ll do:- Gather and refine business + technical requirements with stakeholders and development teams
- Analyze processes and improve workflows inside P21
- Design, code, test, debug, and document programs/workflows
- Build and maintain reporting/analytics to support better decisions
- Hands‑on experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) (development tools/workflows/reporting)
- Strong business analysis + process improvement background
- Comfort collaborating cross-functionally (Ops, Sales, Finance, IT, etc.)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement credential
