Designs, codes, tests, and implements programs primarily using SPFx for SharePoint solutions; develops system documentation according to SAFe Agile principles and industry standards.

• SharePoint administration of the environment, sites, and work with site owners on the best practices for site ownership
• Work with technical product owner for SharePoint, One Drive, Share Gate etc.
• Performs unit tests, monitors results, and takes required corrective actions as needed.
• Assists in the overnight deployment of applications.
• Assists product owners in systems analysis and creation of documentation for all business processes.
• Coordinates structured walk throughs, secure coding, and technical reviews ensuring application coding and design follows secure coding and design principles.
• Assists in the production support and maintenance of applications as needed.
• Actively participates in all team Agile ceremonies

• More than 5 years hands on development experience with SharePoint and SPFx
• Must have:
  SharePoint administration & SPFx development experience
• Preferred Product Knowledge:
  Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, One Drive, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure Open AI API, and Azure Data factory
• Experience with creating and managing custom webparts in SharePoint sites and integrations using APIs

  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
  
  Strong knowledge of development tools, coding languages, SQL and testing.
• Additional proficiency – React, .NET8/Azure Function Apps, CosmosDB
• Strong knowledge and understanding of structured analysis and technical design techniques.
• Strong knowledge of database management and file access methods is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong team‑oriented interpersonal and communication skills.
