Circular Solutions Program Manager

• Lead the development, integration, and scaling of circular services across Steelcase’s business units
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and sustainability teams to align circular initiatives with business goals and customer value
• Manage multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and execution across global teams
• Track and report on environmental and business performance metrics, including lifecycle assessments and carbon impact
• Maintain the service statement of line, available parts, and technical guidance for internal and external teams
• Identify opportunities to improve our sunset circular programs based on performance data and strategic fit
• Influence internal processes and external partnerships to support circularity, including contract development, order tracking, and service delivery

• 5+ years of experience in program management, product marketing, service design, or innovation
• Demonstrated understanding of circular economy principles, product lifecycle thinking, and business model innovation
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects
• Comfortable influencing without authority and aligning diverse perspectives toward shared outcomes
• Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences and lead changes across global teams
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on ability to implement change, track metrics, and iterate based on results

• Bachelor’s degree in services, marketing, business, sustainability, or related field;
  Master’s preferred
• Experience with in B2B or manufacturing industries
• Certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, or equivalent
• Skilled in setting up and tracking environmental and business performance metrics, including lifecycle assessments and carbon impact reporting
• Proven success in launching and scaling customer‑facing service initiatives
