• Order and install new and replacement computers and workstation hardware; resolve desk‑side user technical issues
• Coordinate with the company’s third‑party tech support vendor for more advanced issues, including company‑wide network / systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Manage printers/cชม‑ voz‑ voisin.,
• Manage mobile phone inventory, ordering & setup, and service contracts.
• Oversee telecommunication utility services and serve as the point of contact with providers.
• Collaborate with third‑party vendors on website administration.
• Administer security camera & POE systems.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot conferencing and telecommunication hardware and software.
• Support newly acquired business IT and systems integration.
• Research and present new IT‑related solutions to management
• Perform other related IT tasks as needed

• 2 Years experience completing listed job responsibilities OR Information Systems degree.
