This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support for water heating products by providing guidance and solutions to service technicians and homeowners. This role would be a great fit a Field Service Tech who wants to get off the road and be home every night.

Day shifts and night shifts open.

• Provide troubleshooting and installation guidance to customers and technicians for water heating products.
• Assist with processing customer claims, ensuring the delivery of the right service solutions.
• Analyze service cases to identify site‑related or component‑related issues.
• Handle inbound calls from end‑users, contractors, service mechanics, distributors, and sales representatives.
• Resolve challenging technical concerns while maintaining customer satisfaction.

• 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role.
• Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC/R products is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of HVAC/plumbing terminology and practices is highly desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to de‑escalate challenging situations.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced contact center environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or technical certification in HVAC/Plumbing is preferred.
