Director of Business Intelligence and Enterprise Applications

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director to lead our BI and Applications teams. This role drives strategic direction, development, and implementation of business intelligence solutions and enterprise applications across the organization.

• Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the BI and Applications teams to ensure high performance and professional growth; develop and execute strategic plans; foster a collaborative environment.
• BI Solution Development: Oversee design, development, and deployment of BI solutions using Power BI and other tools; manage data warehousing strategy for integrity, security, and accessibility; provide insights to support data‑driven decision making.
• Enterprise Application Management: Oversee implementation, maintenance, and optimization of critical business systems, including Workday, Dynamics GP, and Sage; ensure integration with other systems.
• Digital Transformation, Innovation, and Automation: Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to modernize legacy systems, migrate to cloud platforms, and implement automation; champion AI, machine learning, and robotic process automation.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and best practices for SDLC.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as liaison between IT and business units; communicate with senior leadership about status, risks, and opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
  Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in BI and enterprise applications; 8+ years leading teams.
• Strong understanding of Power BI, data warehousing, ERP systems, and SDLC.
• Experience with Workday FINS, HCM, and Dynamics GP.
• SQL Server administration and TSQL.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

• Cloud‑based solutions and SaaS application experience.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or similar.
